I was given a chance to try their line, and the first thing Ive tried is, of course, foundation, which they have in pressed form. Lets check it out and dissect it one by one.Ingredients - lets check them out.Active Ingredients : Micronized Titanium Dioxide, Micronized Zinc Oxide. Ingredients : Kaolin, Magnesium Carbonate, Zinc Stearate, Jojoba Esters, Palm Oil Esters, Tocopherol ( Vitamin E ). They are potentially harmless, but maybe a little bit harmful for those who are sensitive or have retions to them.ShadesCosminology seems to have just a few ades of foundation in the website, but eh ade can cover, or adapt to alot of skin ades. So notes on my testing :AstroTara is very fair, and for the yellow-toned. This is for fair to fairly light skinned users.AstroVenus is for light to dium and for the yellow-toned. This is my ade - I thought that this would be light on since my skin had tanned during the sumrti, but it adjusted well on my skin. This can be worn by those who are yellow-toned, using light to dium ades.Their rosy-tone counterparts ( those with reddi skin ) can check out AstroDana ( light to dium ) and AstroThena ( dium, a bit tanned ). Darker ades include AstroVesta and Astrovati.Coverage and PerformanceBefore I start on my review of how it fared on , let just say that it just felt weird that I have a pt with and theres a mirror! ( I havent brought mirrors with for a long, long ti already and relied on those in powder rooms ). I ditched the powder puff imdiately because Ive been too spoiled with kabukis and flat top brues that give great results as I use those wonderful tools. This ti, Im using a synthetic kabuki bru. To my delight nike air max 97 black , powder ca off easily from the pan at a gentle swipe, as opposed to so pressed powders that need really rough-bristled makeup brues to be able to get so product. This was easy. *wink*.After applying my usual cream eraser - finiing powder ( with silica ), I applied the mineral powder like how I usually apply my loose mineral foundation. The coverage was dium, but it is buildable as you add more layers until your skin has full coverage already. The fini is matte, but what surprised was within a few minutes of applying this on my skin, my skin looked pinched, refreed, and very well-rested. This was an effect that I did not expect at all. My mom nted that my skin looked good that ti, so I decided to use it for the press events that I have been attending last week.Staying powers moderately okay - lasts normally for about 5 hours, but hey, you can always retouch because you can take your pt anywhere with you! Just always rember to use an oil blotting eet before re-applying - what I hate most is mixing dirty, oily skin with mineral powder. I just feel so icky with the thought of that.Last WordsTo sum up, I like Cosminologys You Rock My Cosmos! Mineral Complexion Compt no matter how hard it is to rember the na, so I all call it Cosminology Pressed Mineral Powder ( haha! ).
