Vor gut einem Jahr erblickte mONOmENTAL-digital in Hannover das Licht der Welt.
Nun, nach 12 erfolgreichen digitalen Veröffentlichungen, einem hinzu gekommenen Sublabel und einem Jahr intensiver Arbeit, ziehen die Macher musikalisch Résumé mit der Veröffentlichung der Mix CD „Strike the right Note“. Zusammengestellt und gemixt von Hannovers Chefrocker und Dirtchamber Initiator DJ PACE.
Wer schon einmal bei einem Set von DJ Pace auf der Tanzfläche war, weiß, welche besondere Stimmung und Energie sein Sound dort verbreitet. Wenn DJ Pace hinter den Plattentellern steht, ist sitzen oder an der Bar stehen keine Option. Seine Art, deepe, minimale und sexy Platten miteinander zu verknüpfen ist ungewöhnlich und ergibt einen ganz besonderen, mitreißenden Groove.
Deshalb ist diese CD auch weniger dazu gedacht um mit der/dem Angebeteten gemeinsam auf dem Bett liegend ein bisschen zu schöner Musik zu kuscheln. Stattdessen wird sehr schnell klar, wohin DJ Pace mit mONOmENTAL will – in den Club.
Neben der CD-Veröffentlichung wird es selbstverständlich auch jeden einzelnen Track in voller Länge noch einmal als kompaktes digitales Release bei Beatport, Whatpeopleplay und vielen weiteren Shops geben, unter anderem mit Tracks von Nicolas Duvoisin, Octave, The Elriks, Alex Maresh oder Towie sowie auserlesene Perlen von Joshua Harrison, Minorscene, Andrea Porcu und vielen anderen, die mONOmENTAL in 2008 musikalisch begleitet haben.
