It’s a brash color, sure, but somehow it meshes seamlessly with the XII’s simple good looks.Last October, we heralded the coming of the Jordan Reveal, the latest model designed to further expand Jordan Brand out of just basketball footwear, into the lifestyle and fashion-first segments.Today, the shoe’s launch looks all the more imminent, with overseas retailers like 43einhalb reporting a March launch (stateside could be a month later). Whenever the Jordan Reveal does hit stores, it’ll bring plenty Nike Free 5.0 Femme of potential with it. An Eclipse-like sole offers sleek, simple comfort, and the streamlined upper is equally minimal, as a seamless upper — mesh on this edition — pairs with a leather heel-cap. It’s stylish yet sporty.A solid gold Air Jordan 4 surfaced on the Nike SNKRS app this morning, bereft of much by way of explanation or further information.The new AJ4, which is sure to be hailed as an instant-classic if it does actually launch, is entirely monochromatic in its commitment to gold, as the metallic leather upper gives way to tonal TPU netting, rubber midsole and the like.An all-time classic and one of the OG colorways of the beloved AJKO returns to stores this weekend. The Air Jordan 1 KO Sail releases tomorrow at select retailers nationwide.Off-white canvas comprises the hightop Nike Air Huarache Damen upper, a clean, casual look that replaces the Nike Air Max 90 Dames leather of the standard AJ1. Red leather branding adds a touch of contrast, and throwback branding reaffirms the OG homage — “NIKE” appears on either tongue, and there’s nary a Jumpman to be seen.Michael Jordan’s alma mater inspires the latest colorway of his thirtieth shoe, and it’s arriving imminently.There’s no official school branding, no Tar Heel marks, but the Air Jordan 30 UNC emphatically dons that colors that’s synonymous with the University of North Carolina, as powder blue commingles with white on the gradient woven upper. Black around the collar offers up a bit more contrast, and the AJ XXX’s signature globe graphics on either tongue glow in orange.New colorway meets classic model this weekend. The Air Jordan 2 Wing It releases tomorrow at retailers nationwide.Inspired by Nike Air Max 1 Damen a three decades-old poster (seen here), the classic AJ2 sports a croc-embossed white leather upper, sharply but simply contrasted by black and grey accents and trim. That understated palette is inspired by the greyscale tint of the “Wing It” poster, a point that’s underscored by those words being emblazoned on the heels.Nike reimagines another classic sneaker as a backpack, because who doesn’t want to rock Js on their feet and in the overhead compartment on their next flight?The Bred Air Jordan 12 Backpack sports an almost entirely leather construction, delivering a premium effect that’s smooth and sleek to the touch. Buttery black through the back and front-flap gives way to prominently stitched red along each side, a nod to the “rising sun” stitching of the AJ12. Breaking up that sea of leather, a black chevron-adorned textile Adidas Superstar Femme Rose is inserted near the bottom, that pattern underscoring the premium feel.Jordan Brand debuts a new girls-exclusive colorway of a classic Jordan next week, this one getting away from the pinks and pastels that are all too common on girls Js and, often, all too reviled.In fact, the girls Air Jordan 4 Deep Royal could almost be seen as a new take on the iconic “Military Blue” IV. White and grey leather comprise the upper, just like on that old favorite, but here they’re contrasted by a darker blue on the midsole, heel and lacestays. For an added dash of color, orange pops on the heel- and tongue-branding, minimally used but striking in its deviation from the norm.
