Panax ginseng, most people only sees their main root instead of seeing the stem leaf or fruit. As a whole panax ginseng, there are fruit, leaf, rootstock, root from the top to the bottom. The root part is divided into rhizoma, taro, main part, tendril and so on.

There is a folk saying which part of the body is sick, eat the similar part of panax ginseng will be beneficial to the same part of your body. For example, if there are some problems with body internal organs, eating main part of panax ginseng; if there are some problems with legs, eating tendril of panax ginseng; if there are some problems with arms, eating taro of panax ginseng; if there are some problems with human kidney, eating fruit of panax ginseng… using the leaves of panax ginseng which similar with the palm shape to wash hands, and so on.
