PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was selected to the All-Star game for the second time on Wednesday. The NHL tabbed Fleury as an injury replacement after Detroits Jimmy Howard and Nashvilles Pekka Rinne were injured. The 30-year-old Fleury leads the league with six shutouts and is fourth in wins (22), sixth in goals-against average (2.16) and seventh in save percentage (.926).Fleury became the third-youngest goaltender to reach 300 victories last November and his steady play is one of the main reasons Pittsburgh trails the first-place New York Islanders by a point in the Metropolitan Division.Fleury will join teammates Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby for All-Star weekend in Columbus, Ohio, on Jan. 25. Nike Free 5.0 Damen Günstig . -- The new-look Baltimore Ravens were tough, physical and opportunistic, all good signs for a team seeking another run to the Super Bowl.Just a day after an interview called to question his desire to play in Toronto, Raptors centre Andrea Bargnani attempted to straighten out some of his comments. "I wish to personally clarify and correct an inaccurate portrayal of my words that recently appeared in the media. Much of what I said was taken out of context with respect to an entire conversation," Bargnani said in a statement released by the team. "I want to make clear my love for Toronto and that I consider the city a second home. I never said that I want to leave Toronto and Im sorry if fans interpreted the inaccuracy that way. " In an interview with Italys Sky Sports, the first overall pick in 2006 was asked what NBA city he would choose to play for if given the chance to rub a magic lamp and have his wish granted. "I want to stay in Toronto, at least this is the politically correct answer," Bargnani answered in Italian. "If [I am] to go somewhere else, Id like a warm climate city and a team where I can actually play my role." There is some debate as to the actual translation. "The thing about translations is you can interpret what he said in Italian a number of different ways," Toronto Star columnist Dave Feschuk explained in a radio interview with James Cybulski on TSN 1050 on Tuesday. "Speaking to different people around the NBA [Tuesday], there was some feeling, and I interpret most of it as damage control, that what he said hadnt been all that inflammatory.dddddddddddd" In his column Tuesday, Feschuk said the translation was confirmed by the journalist who did the original interview with Bargnani, Alessandro Mamoli. Feschuk added that Raptors general manager Bryan Colangelo was not pleased with Bargnanis statement. This comes on the heels of Colangelos season-ending press conference, where he openly discussed Bargnanis skills. "I dont know if hes ever going to be a better defensive player than he is," Colangelo said at the news conference. "Can he be a better rebounder? Absolutely. "We know he can rebound, but he doesnt focus on it... Thats a desire thing. And thats something hes going to have to come to grips with." Bargnani addressed Colangelos critiques in his Sky Sports interview, saying that "[Colangelo] had made some unfortunate and not very courageous comments about me." On Wednesday, Bargnani was complimentary of Colangelo. "I am proud to represent Toronto and the Raptors organization. I appreciate what Bryan Colangelo and the organization has done for me during the past five years of my career," he said. "I will always continue to work to improve myself as a player in an effort to reward the organization and our fans with the best team possible." Bargnani has five years left on his contract, which will pay him an average of $10-million per season. cheap nfl jerseys cheap soccer jerseys ' ' '
