If only it were as simple as counting calories and exercising. Alas Dion Waiters Big & Tall Jersey , it’s not. Nothing about being in great ape is easy, but when you are constantly being fed lies and untruths, your weight loss suess is virtually dood. However, understand and execute one key elent of your health, and your frustration with weight loss and health can finally be over.


Weight Loss Challenges – Calories or Toxins?


It seems obesity has been a problem that’s been around forever, but in reality it’s a trend that really started to gain trtion in the early 80′s. Anyti I see old pictures of family that date bk to this ti or earlier, everyone looks to be in great ape and certainly is not overweight by any stretch. So people attribute this to exercise and a period where people worked long and hard days and by virtue of the calories they burned they had no choice but to be thin. That does generate a good story with so logic, but that’s not the real reason they were skinny.


Maybe they watched their calories bk then, and scrupulously made decisions on what they ate based on that?


Nope. Calorie counting did not bee a fad until the late 90′s when circumstances dictated that soone better do sothing because we were getting fatter by the minute. After all, calories in vs calories spent is really all there is to weight loss, right?


Wrong. I can guarantee you our grandparents were not counting calories and scouring over cans of food to make sure they didn’t go over their daily limit. In ft, a lot of their food didn’t e out of cans.which is part of the reason they stayed thinner. So how did they manage to stay so thin if exercise wasn’t the answer and no one watched their calories?


They did not fe the onslaught of toxins we fe today.


See, in the early 80′s big agriculture started to bee more popular, and as a result, big chemical panies. Our food chain took a serious hit. The world was really starting to industrialize creating more smoke stks, airplanes, and heavy mhinery. For every family there was 2 cars, and mothers started to look for work outside the ho to create a 2 ine household. That ant a need for “ dinners” and “fast food” to be able to feed the family quickly before little Timmy had to head to soer prtice. Unfortunately, that food was processed (dead and toxic) and microwaved (more toxins and killing of whatever nutrients are left).

The real reason that we are overweight and in pain is because of the continuous assault we have on our bodies from a toxic environnt through our food, water, and air. You can’t escape it. It starts with a vaination at 3 months led with heavy tals and preservatives, followed by formula led with chemicals, then milk led by antibiotics and hormones. Then we introduce food that is led with pesticides and herbicides, and make that worse by making it into processed foods with preservatives. Then we start hamring bk the big gulps, diet cokes, pizza pops in our teenage years and set the stage for more irradiated and chemically poisoned processes food in our adulthood. We continue to do that for the rest of our life and add in fluoridated water, smoking, industrialization, household cleaners, dental amalgams, agricultural spraying Enes Kanter Big & Tall Jersey , air travel, ground travel.our body bees a chemical soup!


There are 80,000 chemicals that are registered for industrial use by the EPA. Tests conducted for the presence of 210 chemicals found 167 of them in the people tested. How does this affect your weight?


Toxins slow down your tabolism so as you aumulate them through your life, it bees more and more difficult to burn calories and lose weight, especially given our habits. Your body also fights these toxins by sequestering them and putting them in fat cells where they can’t do any major organs any harm.


So the ft you can’t lose weight, or can’t keep it off isn’t necessarily through the lk of trying (although for many it is), but a lk of understanding of what is really making weight loss very difficult. TOXINS.


Now, what can you do about it?


Star eating whole, organic foods and DETOXIFY. Find a product or a program that will allow you to detox at a safe pe. Once you start getting those toxins out of your body you will feel lighter, have more energy, and will start losing weight. Best of all, you will start adding years to your life and more quality to boot.
