PORTLAND, Ore. -- Damian Lillard hit the go-ahead 3-pointer with 1:27 to play and finished with 29 points to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 110-107 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night. Lamarcus Aldridge and Wesley Mathews added 18 points apiece for the Trail Blazers, who won for the sixth time in seven games.
